Converted from a former storage area into a fully functional franchise restaurant, this project required complex structural problem solving. Because the space was never meant for food service, we worked hand in hand with the national brand to navigate strict corporate standards, spatial constraints, and specialized commercial venting. It was an unconventional challenge solved through careful, out of the box planning.
